Terms of Service
Last updated May 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of Pod House (the “app”) and this website, both operated by Pipedream Ventures. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
Pod House is an independent podcast player and library organizer that works on top of your existing Spotify account. It is a separate product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify. Access to podcasts, playback, and your library is ultimately provided by Spotify and subject to Spotify’s terms.
Your account
You connect Pod House to Spotify using Spotify’s official login. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. You can disconnect Pod House from your Spotify account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the app to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Don’t attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
- Don’t use the app in any way that violates Spotify’s terms.
Early access
Pod House is in active development and not yet on the App Store. Waitlist membership is not a guarantee of access, pricing, or any specific feature. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as we build.
No warranty
The app and website are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipedream Ventures is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
